Return policy
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code:
The buyer has a period of fourteen days, from the receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs.
Items will be refunded if and only if they are returned:
- in the same condition, i.e., with their original packaging, the label.
- They must not have been worn and must not have any odor.
To exercise your right, simply contact us and print the return form and put it in the package to specify the reason for your return (be sure to fill in all sections, any form not provided or not filled out properly will result in no refund).
Returns are made via Mondial Relay or BPOST, for Belgians (without signature), at your expense to the address provided by email.
Defective item:
If you believe a product is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of purchase at SAVdilaraparis@hotmail.com and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then advise you on how to return the product.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs . We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange due to the defect.
If you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price (depending on the original payment method).
Shipping and handling fees that you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.
A maximum period of 15 working days after receipt of our email may pass before you see the refund on your statement.
